The online banking service of Nordea bank has been disrupting due to technical glitch on Monday, the authority and clients of the bank said.
“Some services in online and mobile banking may experience temporary interruptions. We are working to resolve the situation as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers,” Nordea said.
While communicated with the customer service over phone at about 3:00p.m. an official said that the problem has been detected, and the normal service will be restored soon.
“We expect that the problem has been resolved and normalcy in the service will be restored after a short while or this afternoon and in case of delay by tomorrow morning,” the official said.
